Talent Acquisition Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a US‑based client in the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) sector. This remote position focuses on high‑volume sourcing, screening, and onboarding of ABA therapists (RBTs) to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outreach primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn to attract potential ABA therapist candidates.
• Review and assess 50+ resumes weekly to meet a target of approximately 10 hires per week.
• Screen candidates from diverse backgrounds such as education, psychology, and childcare, identifying those with potential for the client’s 40‑hour training programme.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain real‑time notes and manage a fast‑moving candidate pipeline using the client’s ATS.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and status updates to the client’s operations team.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication skills and a proactive outreach approach.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and handle a large volume of candidates.
• Disciplined real‑time note‑taking and pipeline management.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM EST and observe both South African and U.S. public holidays.
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dependable power‑backup solution.
