Talent Acquisition Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a US‑based client that provides Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other neurodiverse diagnoses. The role is fully remote, operating on EST business hours, and focuses on high‑volume recruitment of ABA Therapists (RBTs).

Key responsibilities

• Source and outreach to candidates primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Review 50+ resumes weekly to achieve a target of approximately 10 hires per week.
• Screen candidates from education, psychology, childcare and related backgrounds, assessing potential for the client’s 40‑hour training programme.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and maintain a fast‑moving candidate pipeline.
• Maintain real‑time notes and ensure proactive communication throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication skills and ability to work quickly and proactively.
• Comfortable handling a large volume of candidates simultaneously.
• Reliable fixed‑fiber internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dependable power backup solution.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM EST and observe both South African and US public holidays.
