Talent Acquisition Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a US‑based client that provides Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other neurodiverse diagnoses. The role is fully remote, operating on EST hours, and focuses on high‑volume sourcing, screening and onboarding of ABA therapists (RBTs).

Key responsibilities

• Source and outreach to candidates primarily via Indeed and secondarily via LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess suitability and potential for the client’s 40‑hour training programme.
• Maintain real‑time notes and manage a fast‑moving pipeline of 50+ resumes per week to achieve roughly 10 hires weekly.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for service delivery.
• Adhere to the client’s hiring philosophy of developing talent rather than filtering out candidates.

Required profile

• Strong phone communication skills with a proactive outreach approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle a high‑volume workload.
• Comfortable working remotely with a fixed fibre internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and reliable power backup.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST and observe both South African and US public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience using online job boards such as Indeed.
• Familiarity with professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
