Talent Acquisition Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

Vivo Energy is looking for a French‑speaking Talent Acquisition Consultant to support its Global Business Services (GBS) divisions. You will drive end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers while delivering high‑quality hires that align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies internally and externally using optimal channels to maximise candidate attraction.
• Conduct role briefings with hiring managers, define assessment criteria, and screen CVs against minimum requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks and candidate verifications.
• Manage the offer process and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely acceptance.
• Produce recruitment performance reports, identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Maintain standardized talent‑pool processes and ensure smooth hand‑over to onboarding teams.
• Build and sustain relationships with line managers, HR partners and external service providers.
• Implement administrative activities within defined timeframes to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a large, matrixed organisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
