About the role

We are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR leaders, recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with contacts in HR, recruiting and talent‑acquisition.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and relay feedback from users to support product improvement.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule.
