Talent Acquisition Associate – Space & Advanced Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our specialist delivery team supporting clients in the space, aerospace, defence and advanced engineering sectors. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging highly technical engineers across the US and Europe, helping our international clients build world‑class teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and head‑hunt niche engineering professionals in areas such as satellites, spacecraft, autonomous systems, propulsion, avionics, AI and robotics.
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates who are not actively looking for new opportunities.
• Conduct qualification interviews to assess technical skills, motivations and career aspirations.
• Research competitors, talent pools and emerging technologies to inform pipeline strategy.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and support Recruitment Consultants throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple international time zones.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience from initial contact through to offer.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
