Systems Solution Specialist

About the role

Mutherboard is looking for a Systems Solution Specialist to design, configure, and deliver custom workflow solutions on monday.com for fast‑growing businesses. You will translate complex business processes into clean, scalable systems that improve efficiency and reduce chaos.

Key responsibilities

• Configure workflow solutions on monday.com that align with real business processes.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand operations, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Create dashboards, boards, automations, and logic flows that solve concrete problems.
• Train customers on the built solutions to ensure they capture full value.
• Test, iterate, and fine‑tune configurations until they work like magic.
• Quality‑check setups for logical consistency, data integrity, and user‑friendliness.
• Document configurations clearly for handover and future support.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring platforms such as monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, Anaplan, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Structured thinker who enjoys solving puzzles and creating order.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Comfortable working independently and managing own projects.
• Bias for action, creative mindset, and a passion for continuous learning.
