Syspro Implementation Lead

About the role

Sir Fruit, a fast‑growing beverage manufacturer, is rolling out the SYSPRO ERP system across the business. The Syspro Implementation Lead will own the supply‑chain workstream, designing, configuring and stabilising processes to ensure seamless integration, user adoption and long‑term sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation and implementation of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes including raw‑material receipt, inventory, warehouse operations, production material movements and order fulfilment.
• Configure SYSPRO to support barcode scanning, warehouse bin structures and traceability requirements.
• Develop and approve SOPs, work instructions and system configuration documentation.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training and hyper‑care support for all supply‑chain users.
• Collaborate with the Syspro Project Manager, implementation partner and third‑party service providers to ensure project milestones are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading ERP implementations, preferably SYSPRO, within a manufacturing or beverage environment.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain best practices and warehouse management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and process documentation.
