Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead daily operations across warehousing, procurement, production coordination and logistics. You will have the opportunity to make a visible impact, improve processes and be recognised for meaningful achievements as the business continues its international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in warehousing, procurement, production scheduling and logistics.
• Manage stock control, receiving, storage, dispatch and operational planning.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee production scheduling to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Manage logistics partners and drive improvements in delivery performance.
• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, equipment maintenance and workplace organisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or a related environment.
• Proven experience managing teams and coordinating daily operational activities.
• Demonstrated track record of measurable improvements and problem‑solving.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or distribution is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
