Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The company is a leading vertically integrated citrus producer, packer and exporter. The Supply Chain Coordinator will join the export marketing team to ensure smooth flow of product from production and packing to both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and coordinate product flow across production units, packhouses and markets using supply data, capacity and demand information.
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing and sales to determine optimal supply‑demand solutions across multiple sites.
• Issue packing instructions based on the supply and demand plan and manage order adjustments.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee material planning and procurement activities.
• Prepare reports highlighting supply risks, packing progress, market allocation and recommended actions.

Required profile

• A relevant B.Eng. or B.Sc. degree.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical planning decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints and thrive in a team environment.
• Self‑motivated, driven, resilient and humble.
