Supervising Medical Doctor for a Private Clinic Network

About the role

Netclinic is seeking an experienced Medical Doctor to lead clinical oversight across its growing network of primary, pharmacy and occupational health clinics. The role blends virtual support with strategic leadership, driving innovation in telehealth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual clinical support and oversight to practitioners within the clinic network.
• Assist in developing, refining and implementing clinical SOPs, protocols and operational procedures.
• Support the expansion of Netclinic’s telehealth services and virtual care strategy.
• Contribute to strategic projects, healthcare innovation and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Mentor practitioners and provide clinical escalation support as needed.

Required profile

• Registered Medical Doctor (HPCSA registration required).
• Diploma in Occupational Health is highly beneficial.
• Strong interest in healthcare innovation, telemedicine and digital health solutions.
• Experience in primary healthcare, occupational health or telehealth is advantageous.
