Student Success Coach – Remote, $60k/year

About the role

Alpha Anywhere is looking for a motivated Student Success Coach to help K‑8 learners worldwide enjoy school, accelerate their learning, and become confident, autonomous individuals. This fully remote position blends AI‑driven academic insights with high‑frequency mindset coaching to drive measurable progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct two 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per week for each student, focusing on goal‑setting, motivation, and mindset development.
• Host open “office hours” for drop‑in support, encouragement, and problem‑solving.
• Use AI tools and dashboards to monitor progress, identify obstacles, and adjust coaching strategies.
• Document insights, alerts, and strategic updates to keep each student on an accelerated growth path.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to share strategies, raise concerns, and continuously refine the approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K‑8 students.
• Demonstrated high performance in academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts.
• Strong virtual presence with the ability to build rapport quickly over Zoom or Google Meet.
• Availability to work at least 70 % of hours between 7 am–10 pm EST, Monday‑Friday.
