Strategy & Operations Advisor – Remote

About the role

The Strategy & Operations Advisor will support small‑business clients by providing data‑driven strategic advice and overseeing internal operational processes. You will act as the trusted point of contact for clients, translating insights into actionable pricing and growth recommendations while helping shape the company’s service model.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow the founder on client calls for the first 1–2 months, then become the primary client contact.
• Own the recurring client relationship, ensure data is trustworthy and legible, and advise on pricing and related business questions.
• Identify patterns from client conversations and turn them into product‑improvement ideas.
• Develop and document a client‑service playbook.
• Eventually recruit, train, and lead a client‑service team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data‑driven business analysis.
• Proven experience advising external clients or internal stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency, comfortable discussing business decisions with US‑based clients.
• Preferably a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in management consulting, business strategy, data science, or financial consulting is a plus.
• Familiarity with pricing analysis, business analytics, or operational strategy.
• Background in startups or small‑business environments.
• Interest or experience with AI tools that improve operational processes.
