About the role
The Strategic Retail Centre Operations Lead will manage the technical and managerial functions of a retail shopping centre in Gqeberha. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures smooth daily operations, financial control and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and control the centre’s operating budget.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant facility or operations management experience.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Based in Gqeberha, South Africa.
