Strategic Account Manager – Telecoms & Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are hiring an experienced Strategic Account Manager – Telecoms & Enterprise Solutions. The successful candidate will drive strategic growth with major telecoms and enterprise accounts, expand our market presence in mobile and fibre networks, and deliver high-value technology solutions to industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and drive growth in strategic Telecoms and Enterprise accounts and solutions.
• Develop and close new business with mobile operators, network providers, integrators, and enterprise customers.
• Build trusted relationships with both commercial and technical decision‑makers.
• Present and position complex technical solutions in line with customer needs and business outcomes.
• Ensure ongoing renewal of existing SLAs and secure new SLAs to grow the service portfolio.
• Maintain strong partnerships with international principals and suppliers.
• Track market developments and industry trends to inform account strategies and pipeline growth.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, delivering accurate forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience in the Telecoms industry, including at least 5 years in sales or account management.
• Tertiary qualification in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and influence key decision‑makers.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally, regionally and internationally.
• Teamwork, collaboration and integrity are essential.
