Towerco Specialist

About the role

SoluGrowth is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on Towerco Specialist to provide operational support to its Towerco portfolio. The role manages lease reviews, application processing and approval tracking so that projects move forward efficiently and in line with established procedures. It is a full-time position based in Midrand, Gauteng.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process Towerco leases received via DocuSign, verify lease calculations and check that approvals match the applicable Towerco rate card or rental formula for new sites.
• Verify project information and confirm that applications are correctly entered in Smartsheet or TMS.
• Submit applications on TMS for MAST-related projects.
• Track applications and leases through the approval process and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate trackers and give regular status reports on pending applications and lease approvals.
• Liaise with Towercos and regional teams to resolve queries, fix discrepancies and unblock delayed approvals.

Required profile

• Telecommunications industry experience is essential.
• Hands-on, adaptable and solutions-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to engage with multiple stakeholders, manage detailed administrative processes and take ownership of outstanding tasks.
• Comfortable becoming productive quickly after systems onboarding.

Required skills

• Strong numerical, analytical and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with lease reviews, rental calculations and approval processes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DocuSign, Smartsheet and TMS is an added advantage.
