Storyline Developer

About the role

TTRO is seeking a remote Storyline Developer to transform learning designs into engaging, interactive e‑learning experiences. You will work closely with learning designers, media specialists, QA, and project managers to deliver polished, LMS‑ready courses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive e‑learning modules in Articulate Storyline 360 based on approved storyboards.
• Integrate voice‑over, animations, quizzes, scenarios, and other interactive elements.
• Test functionality, responsiveness, and navigation across browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs during QA and review cycles.
• Package content in SCORM/xAPI formats and support deployment on LMS platforms such as Moodle.
• Collaborate with learning designers and the project team to ensure design accuracy and learning effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing content in Articulate Storyline 360.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI publishing and LMS uploading processes.
• Excellent attention to detail for visual alignment, interactions, and transitions.
• Comfortable working with voice‑over and synchronising timing to animation.
• Ability to follow complex storyboards accurately and propose creative solutions.
• Effective time management and communication in a remote work environment.
