About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Storeman to take full responsibility for the stores function at branch level. The position is based in Gauteng, and candidates must reside within 25 km of Pretoria to ensure commuting feasibility. The role requires a disciplined individual with proven SAP Warehousing experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to supervise and coordinate staff effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for stock management and will work closely with head office and other branches.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate store staff activities.
• Monitor stock in transit and prevent unauthorised movements.
• Weekly review of SAP‑generated stock orders and adjustments.
• Source stock from head office or other branches as required.
• Resolve client stock queries and reconcile discrepancies.
• Conduct and post physical stock counts, reporting any variances.
• Propose safety stock levels to minimise stockouts.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with 2–3 years’ experience at Storeman level.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate store activities.
• Working knowledge of SAP Warehousing, Excel and Outlook.

Required skills

• SAP Warehousing transactions (e.g., MB5T, MB51, ME57, ME21N, VL108, VL02N, MMBE, MI01, MI04, MI07, MD04).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook.
• ZOHO CRM for repairs tracking.
