Store Manager – Retail Flagship

About the role

As the Store Manager for a high‑volume Brand Flagship, you will be the face of the adidas brand, delivering an exceptional consumer experience while driving sales, profitability and brand advocacy. You will work closely with both market and global teams to shape the strategic direction of the flagship concept.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store management team to provide outstanding consumer service and uphold global brand and retail standards.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan that meets or exceeds sales, profit and P&L targets.
• Manage inventory shrinkage strategies, stock accuracy and visual merchandising compliance.
• Hire, train, develop and retain a high‑performing team, including succession planning for all positions.
• Collaborate with global and market stakeholders to align on product, operational needs and brand initiatives.
• Monitor expenses, drive profitability and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably within a flagship or high‑traffic environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated capability to meet sales, profit and P&L objectives.
• Excellent understanding of visual merchandising standards and inventory control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and local teams and communicate business needs effectively.
