Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Store Manager for Gucci, you will lead the boutique to achieve sales targets while delivering the brand’s exceptional service standards. You will be responsible for all operational aspects, from loss‑prevention to visual merchandising, and act as the brand ambassador in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently meet budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
• Engage with top clients on the sales floor, providing the highest level of customer service and meeting mystery‑shop goals.
• Manage stock levels and full‑price selling through coordination with key business departments.
• Train and communicate collection knowledge to all associates, ensuring alignment with brand pillars and seasonal strategy.
• Communicate company KPIs, develop action plans, and monitor performance standards.
• Lead local events, product launches, and networking activities to boost client attendance and sales.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, industry news, technology, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or high‑end retail environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both internal teams and external clients.
• High integrity with a focus on loss‑prevention and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain high‑performing teams.
