Store Manager, Key Holder & Retail Assistant Positions

About the role

Kelly is expanding its retail team in Franschhoek, Western Cape. We are looking for a Store Manager, Key Holders and Retail Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Manage stock control, visual merchandising and daily store operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service, process sales transactions accurately and keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Support staff scheduling, supervise during trading hours and assist with inventory management.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and reliable, trustworthy work ethic.
