Store Execution Clerk

About the role

The Store Execution Clerk supports the Visual Merchandising and Retail Execution teams at Rage, a leading fashion retailer in South Africa. Based in Modderfontein, you will help ensure that all stores meet company standards through administrative coordination, reporting and compliance audits.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks for the Visual Merchandising and Retail Execution departments, including tracking seasonal marketing roll‑outs.
• Conduct regular store assessments and audits to verify compliance with visual and operational standards.
• Collaborate with store managers to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Generate and analyse reports on store performance, stock loss, turnover and staff movements.
• Consolidate quantitative and qualitative data from VMA and Execution activities.
• Support the VMA Coordinator with scheduling, travel arrangements and ad‑hoc operational tasks.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and assist with full counts, re‑check reports and related payment processes.
• Participate in cross‑departmental meetings to streamline communication and drive efficiency.
