About the role
Country Road Group is looking for a Stockroom Assistant to support the store management team in meeting sales targets and key performance indicators. The role focuses on maintaining an organised, clean and hygienic stockroom while ensuring efficient stock movement throughout the store.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, check and store incoming merchandise according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper labeling.
- Keep the stockroom tidy, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Prepare and replenish sales floor stock to support merchandising plans.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock audits.
- Collaborate with store staff to resolve stock‑related issues quickly.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to follow procedures.
- Team‑oriented attitude with clear communication skills.
