About the role

The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, practical problem‑solving abilities, be reliable, honest and able to work well in a team. Technical knowledge of lighting, electrical, solar and security products is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Order stock and manage incoming deliveries
- Receive and record incoming stock
- Add new stock items to the system
- Update stock information in the computer system
- Compare received items against purchase orders
- Assist with order placement and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare technical specifications, product descriptions, user guides and related materials
- Source products and obtain supplier quotes
- Carry out general admin duties
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable personal transport
