Staff Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) team. The role supports multiple clients in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment, ensuring accurate financial operations and seamless reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, account reconciliations, and management reports.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations with a focus on automation.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
• Utilize FloQast for financial close management, workflow tracking, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across Canada, South Africa, the U.K., and the U.S., adapting to multiple time zones.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across CAAS teams to support sales and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proactive attitude with excellent collaboration skills.
• Comfortable operating in a global, virtual‑meeting environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
