Staff Accountant – EMEA (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, high‑energy Staff Accountant to provide accurate and timely accounting services to Nintex EMEA entities, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and supporting the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure monthly EMEA balance sheets are reconciled to the general ledger with minimal outstanding items.
• Perform month‑end close functions, including preparation of asset, liability, and inter‑company journal entries.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on accounting matters as required.
• Maintain accurate records in accounting systems and deliver exceptional customer service to employees and finance teams.
• Liaise with external auditors to resolve queries.
• Support general accounting, finance, and administration duties, including international accounting and reporting.
• Assist with BBBEE reporting, statutory financial statements, and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (SAIPA qualification beneficial).

Required skills

• Month‑end close processes.
• General ledger reconciliation.

• Use of accounting systems.
