Specialist, Digital Assets

About the role

The Specialist, Digital Assets will support the delivery of blockchain‑based digital asset initiatives across the full product lifecycle. Working closely with business product owners, risk, legal, compliance and regulatory stakeholders, the role helps shape the Group’s digital asset strategy and accelerates commercial use‑case implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop use cases and engage stakeholders to define digital asset solutions.
• Drive execution and delivery of blockchain projects, from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to the build and deployment phases of digital asset platforms.
• Support the creation of scalable custody, wallet and tokenisation models.

Required profile

• First degree in Business Commerce.
• Relevant qualification in technology, digital assets or payments.
• Proven experience delivering digital‑asset initiatives (custody, tokenisation, stablecoins, blockchain payments) in a regulated financial services or fintech environment.
• Advanced expertise in blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology and smart contracts.
• Strong capability in digital‑asset custody models, wallet infrastructure and token standards.
