Spa Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Spa Supervisor supports the Spa Manager in delivering a world‑class spa experience at One&Only Cape Town. You will oversee daily operations, maintain impeccable standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a luxurious and memorable visit.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the spa attendant team, public areas, treatment suites, changing facilities and laundry.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, health‑and‑safety compliance, and deep‑cleaning schedules.
• Control inventory, stock levels, linen management and guest amenities.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Provide leadership, coaching, scheduling and performance monitoring for the attendant team.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Engage proactively with guests, respond to requests, and support reception and therapy teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in spa or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety regulations and housekeeping best practices.
