Sourcing Specialist – Indirect Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Sourcing Specialist focused on indirect procurement. In this role you will design and implement sourcing strategies that optimise our procurement processes, strengthen supplier relationships and meet value‑creation targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify sourcing opportunities and benchmark pricing.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories.
• Lead supplier negotiations, manage contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, mitigate supply risks and drive continuous cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies.
• Familiarity with contract management and supplier risk assessment.
