At Truworths, a leading South African fashion retailer, the Sourcing Assistant will play a key part in ensuring smooth sourcing operations. The role is ideal for a highly organised, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating sourcing activities across the supply chain.
- Maintain and organise sourcing documentation and administrative records.
- Support the procurement team with purchase order preparation and follow‑up.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely information flow.
- Monitor progress of sourcing tasks and flag any discrepancies.
