Software Engineer

About the role

Communicate IT is looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join a high‑performing team that builds robust, scalable web applications. You will own solutions from concept through deployment in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective software architecture and high‑quality code.
• Develop testable, well‑documented code and create software verification plans.
• Participate in sprint planning, build scheduling, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain and enhance existing functionality while ensuring reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant software development experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing web applications.
