As a Software Development Manager you will lead exceptional engineers to solve large‑scale, complex problems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a world‑class software engineering team, handling recruitment, performance, and career development.
• Define team vision, product roadmap, and SMART goals while ensuring delivery of highly operable, maintainable software.
• Drive engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source‑control, build processes, testing, certification, and live‑site operations.
• Collaborate closely with product and program managers to align technical solutions with customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing software engineering teams and delivering projects on time.
• Strong people‑management skills with experience recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience setting product strategy and translating it into actionable plans.
