Software Development Intern – Conversational AI Platform

About the role

Realm Digital is seeking a motivated Software Development Intern to join its team working on a conversational AI platform. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, gain hands‑on experience with a modern tech stack, and contribute to real‑world projects over a 12‑month learnership.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining software components of the AI platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and debug issues to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with the team using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile practices.

Required profile

• South African citizen residing in Cape Town.
• Completed qualification in IT or Computer Science (or related field).
• Willingness to commit to a 12‑month learnership.
• Ability to provide a certified copy of ID, all tertiary qualifications and matric certificate.
