Software Developer – PHP/Laravel & Vue.js

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our client’s team in Centurion. The role focuses on building scalable, high‑quality web applications using PHP, Laravel and Vue.js while leveraging modern AI development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications with Vue.js (frontend) and Laravel (backend).
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code in PHP, HTML, SQL and related technologies.
• Develop, maintain and integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Work across the full software stack – frontend, middleware, backend and database.
• Collaborate with designers, QA testers, project managers and other developers.
• Perform unit, integration and functional testing; identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve coding standards and processes.
• Utilise AI development tools to boost productivity and enhance solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
