About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer who enjoys building custom applications that combine software engineering, automation, AI, and document management technologies. You will work directly with clients and consultants to design and deliver innovative solutions that improve business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications from the ground up.

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for direct stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with Laserfiche or other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.
