Full Stack Software Engineer (Angular, Node, .NET, SQL)

About the role

At PwC, the software and product innovation team creates cutting‑edge solutions that drive digital transformation for clients. As a Full Stack Software Engineer you will design, code and test applications using PwC’s golden stack – Angular, Node.NET and SQL – while also building enterprise‑grade agent capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy high‑quality web applications with Angular (front‑end), Node.js (back‑end).NET (enterprise services) and SQL (data layer).
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers and other developers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews and champion best‑practice development.
• Contribute to system design and architecture of scalable, secure and maintainable applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Optimize performance of front‑end responsiveness, server‑side processing and database queries.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Document technical specifications, APIs and user guides.
• Ensure applications meet security and compliance requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge sharing.
• Design, build and operate enterprise agent capabilities, including multi‑agent orchestration and retrieval‑augmented reasoning.
• Build and optimise RAG pipelines and evaluate emerging AI models for production use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade full‑stack applications and agent‑oriented systems.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to understand system linkages and interactions.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Commitment to professional and technical standards, including security, governance and compliance.
