About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to shape and grow online communities for its e‑commerce clients. You will develop strategies that turn followers into customers while collaborating with a fast‑moving marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging graphics, videos, captions and stories that reflect brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh.
• Work with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Highly organized, creative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
