SMB Business Associate

About the role

As an SMB Business Associate you will partner with small‑and‑medium businesses to transform how they attract and hire talent. You will be a key contributor to the growth of Pnet’s SMB division, helping to re‑imagine the labour market for both employers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage high‑quality leads using a variety of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, convincing businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, usage tracking and upselling opportunities.
• Renew contracts and ensure client satisfaction over the long term.
• Accurately handle administrative tasks, documentation and reporting within the CRM system.
• Participate in upskilling and development programmes to improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Strong cold‑calling and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to articulate solutions clearly in both spoken and written form.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
