About the role
We are looking for an energetic SMB Business Associate to join Pnet’s Small‑and‑Medium Business (SMB) department. In this B2B sales role you will help companies improve the way they recruit talent by promoting Pnet’s hiring solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, convincing businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, product usage tracking and upselling opportunities.
- Renew contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately handle administrative tasks, documentation and reporting in the CRM system.
- Continuously upskill to improve productivity and results.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales track record.
- Strong cold‑calling and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to articulate solutions clearly in both spoken and written form.
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
