About the role
An exciting opportunity for a Small Business Unit Manager to work at a reputable and established company in Cape Town.
Key responsibilities
- Measure, report, maintain and improve the performance of the business unit.
- Respond formally to customer complaints and provide information.
- Provide operational information to the area manager and schedules department.
- Counsel and discipline staff regarding their performance.
- Inform the public about service details and Clipcards.
- Handle depot administration and manage control systems such as Drive‑cam, professional driving permits and accident reports.
- Plan and organise new services and attend passenger forum meetings.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
- Diploma (or studying towards) in Transport Economics, Operations or Business; a relevant degree is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to work irregular hours when required.
