Site Supervisor

About the role
The Site Supervisor will lead a team of technicians in a dynamic technical environment, ensuring projects are delivered with innovation, quality, and safety. You will be the primary point of contact on‑site, coordinating upgrades, maintenance and rapid response to critical incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise on‑site technicians.
- Coordinate client upgrades and daily tasks.
- Maintain up‑to‑date working methods and OHS compliance.
- Provide swift response to critical situations and system outages.
- Plan and execute corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Share industry best practices with technicians and supervisors.
- Collaborate closely with the Site Manager.
- Lead root‑cause analysis investigations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with critical infrastructure systems.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
- Relevant qualification: Red Seal Electrician, NDip or BTech in Electrical Engineering.
Required skills
- MS 365 Office suite proficiency.
- Electrical engineering knowledge.
- Root cause analysis techniques.
