Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead on‑site technical teams in Johannesburg. The role involves overseeing critical infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technicians on site and oversee client upgrade activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date working methods and respond swiftly to critical incidents.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Share industry best practices with technicians and supervisors.
• Collaborate closely with the Site Manager to achieve project goals.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and manage system outages effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience with critical infrastructure systems.
• Proven managerial experience in a technical environment.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• South African residency or a valid work permit.
• Red Seal trade test Electrician, Ndip certification, or BTech in Electrical Engineering.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office suite.
