Site Security Manager - Estates Division

About the role

Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Site Security Manager for its Estates Division, based in Robertville and reporting to the Area Manager. The post's main purpose is to make sure that all contractual agreements are followed and that the client's needs are met efficiently and professionally at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate risks and threats constantly and recommend actions to the client to counter them.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.
• Maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client on security services delivered.
• Manage the response and investigation of serious incidents such as theft from premises, vehicle theft, armed robberies and breaking and entering.
• Liaise daily with Operations management on operational issues.
• Submit weekly and monthly incident and general reports as required by Fidelity management and the client.
• Assist Operations management and the client with special events, ad hoc requests and investigations.
• Handle all required administration and make sure all shifts are covered each day.

Required profile

• Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
• At least 3 years of logistics and warehouse experience and at least 10 years of management experience.
• At least 5 years of security management experience and experience managing an estate.
• People management experience and a working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 quality management.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence; no criminal record.
