Site Reliability Engineer – Remote

About the role

Kiberon Labs, a specialised AI and DevSecOps consultancy, is looking for a full‑time Site Reliability Engineer to design, operate and improve full‑stack systems running at scale on Kubernetes. You will work remotely with the founder, software engineers and external client teams to make production systems more observable, resilient, secure and easier to operate.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain scalable Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Improve reliability and availability of client applications and services.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting systems.
• Investigate production incidents across application and infrastructure layers.
• Automate operational tasks using code, scripts and infrastructure‑as‑code tooling.
• Identify reliability risks before they become failures.
• Enhance deployment pipelines, configuration management and release safety.
• Diagnose issues across networking, storage, compute, security and runtimes.
• Document technical decisions and transfer knowledge to client teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Experience supporting large‑scale, full‑stack production systems.
• Solid knowledge of AWS infrastructure and operations.
• Proven ability to respond to incidents and troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical risks and decisions.
