Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead electrical installation projects for a client in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Order and manage site materials and resources.
• Supervise and coordinate all site installations.
• Conduct installation commissioning and testing.
• Drive productivity, activity management, and performance monitoring.
• Implement and enforce site health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified Installation Electrician or Qualified Electrician.
• Management diploma or related qualification (advantageous).
• 3‑5 years of people/team management experience.
• 2‑5 years of industrial installation experience.
• Knowledge of EC&I systems and mechanical systems (advantageous).
• Strong understanding of South African Electrical Standards and SHE regulations.
