Site Manager – HR & Industrial Relations

About the role

Our client, a leading outsourced services provider, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a large client site in Eswatini. The role combines operational oversight with strong HR and Industrial Relations responsibilities, ensuring service delivery, workforce management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure contractual service standards are met.
• Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction and manage attendance, leave and time‑keeping.
• Handle disciplinary investigations, conduct hearings and manage grievance and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, lead safety meetings and conduct risk assessments.
• Maintain client relationships through regular meetings, site reviews and reporting.
• Prepare and submit operational, HR and IR reports and track key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager or similar.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in the outsourced services sector (TES, contract cleaning, security, facilities management, catering, logistics, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage large, client‑facing teams and handle HR/IR matters.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence is advantageous.
