Site Manager – Electrical & Control Systems

About the role

Company based in Bonn Village, Letsitele Limpopo is looking for a skilled Site Manager to lead electrical and control‑system activities on site. The role involves overseeing C&I installation, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating all site resources to deliver projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management and coordination of site activities.
• Supervision of C&I installation and electrical works.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and Eskom standards.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment and material requirements.
• Review and interpret technical and loop drawings.
• Liaise with client representatives, engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, productivity and safety compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety controls.
• Verify inspection and test records before submission.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting and prepare progress reports.

Required profile

• B Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a power plant or industrial C&I environment.
• Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and standalone controllers/recorders.
• Understanding of industrial bus protocols.
• Experience in project coordination, contractor supervision and site safety compliance.
