Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale building projects for a well‑established construction client. The role focuses on ensuring that projects meet quality, safety and programme requirements while coordinating on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for commercial, residential and industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and progress, reporting any deviations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep the programme on track.
• Lead on‑site teams, fostering effective communication and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• BTech in Construction Management or a related qualification.
• 5–8 years of site management experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale commercial, residential and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site operations and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Experience with CCS (construction cost software).
