Site Admin Engineer – Luxury Hospitality Project

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Admin Engineer to join our on‑ground team for a high‑end luxury accommodation project in Cape Town. The role involves leading daily reporting, managing documentation, and supporting site engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and input daily report data (weather, personnel, equipment, work completed, materials, inspections, safety issues) into the reporting software.
• Organise technical documentation, project plans, and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, industry, and company standards.
• Analyse operational issues and propose process improvements.
• Step in for the Site Engineer when required, attending high‑level meetings and contributing to strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, variations, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site roles such as Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Fluent English for communication with international management and site teams.

Required skills

• Procore (construction management software) or similar construction software.
