Shift Manager – Warehouse (Cold Storage) – Centurion

About the role

Adcorp Shared Service Centre is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead the Centurion cold‑storage warehouse operations. You will be responsible for executing the daily shift plan, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the strategic shift plan and adjust it proactively as needed.
• Manage productivity against set targets and balance staff complement with workload.
• Ensure compliance with HR, IR, SHEQ, and company policies.
• Oversee housekeeping standards and maintain equipment (MHE) integrity.
• Prepare and submit daily shift reports, including finance, salvage, and risk documentation.
• Coordinate communication between the client, company management, and TES staff.
• Monitor and report on rack damages, SOP adherence, and disciplinary actions.
